Your story has many stages.
I help you step onto each one with confidence.
Change comes in different forms.
The end of one stage, the next still out of view. A role that's beginning to ask more of you than you've given before. A quiet sense that something needs to change, even if you can't yet name what.
Change like this is where our work begins.

I came to coaching through the theatre.
As a director, teacher, and playwright, I've spent years working with people on the edge of becoming something - finding a voice, inhabiting a role, taking the stage.
Coaching, it turns out, is the same craft in different clothes. The questions are the same: who are you when you arrive, who are you becoming, and what does the next stage ask of you?
That's the heart of theatre-rooted coaching.

The Stage Coach
There are two main ways
we might work together

Coaching
For moments of transition - the end of one stage and the beginning of the next. We work in blocks of three to six sessions, taking the time to look at where you are, listen for what's stirring, and find the path into what comes next.

Speaking and Performance
For the moments that ask you to step forward - a talk, a leadership transition, a high-stakes conversation, a role you're growing into. We work in single sessions or tailored blocks, helping you find your voice and inhabit the moment with confidence.
If something here has resonated, the next step is a conversation - thirty minutes, no cost, no expectation. A chance to talk about where you are, what you're sensing, and whether working together might be right.
